How many days do I have to return my item?
We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can return any item ordered, within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location.
If you pass that date we offer an extra 14 days to return the item in exchange for a coupon valid for 1 month.This coupon code will be delivered to you to your choice of email address.
To notify us of your return, please contact our customer support team through live chat or email or phone.
Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, if eligible we will send you an email with the address to return the item. If the item will be eligible for free return we will send you a shipping label to your choice of email. You will have 14 days to send us back the item from the date of your return notification.
You do not have to provide any reason for the return. However, we would love to get more feedback on the reason for your return so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.
Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

If you return your order after that period but before 30 days of delivery, the amount will be refunded in the form of a store credit to be used on our store within 1 month.
